Iām Jordan.
A fully accredited Breathwork Facilitator and Trauma-Informed Coach.
I spent the majority of my life burying my emotions and trauma so deep until it could no longer be contained. Stress, unexpected triggers and tension became my daily experience.
When I did finally address these internal rumblings through meditation, therapy, yoga, holistic and spiritual practices, something still could not free me of this hidden burden I was carrying.
I was referred to breathwork by a new friend upon moving cities and it immediately intrigued me. Despite still having my fair share of skepticism I approached the first session with a relatively open mind.
Unlike some other holistic healing practices, I found breathwork to be a logical, pragmatic approach to mental health management. Toeing the line between science and spirituality, it is a hugely transformative, healing and above all, tangible practice.
I am compelled to bring these benefits to others, particularly men, who need a safe space to express their emotions without fear or judgement.
